In 2014, ELY worked with the Missouri History Museum on the reconstruction of the Pilot House of the Golden Eagle excursion steamboat. ELY’s team designed and fabricated hardware to reduce the stress caused by traditional fasteners during the assembly/ disassembly process. We created aesthetically pleasing and noninvasive hardware that prepared the Pilot House for display and contributes to the long-term preservation of the historic structure. _GoldenEagle.pdf
